Week 19-6 months

I'm sorry for your lack of not writing, it's been a handful with you guys and I have forgotten but I am catching up no.
4/10 two bottom teeth are coming in! Early May your top teeth have started coming in.
You are on your tummy now when you sleep and tonight 5/27 you had your butt in the air when you were sleeping! So cuteeee.


We had your 6 month dr appointment with Dr. Mason and here are your stats:
18lbs 8oz, 27 3/4in length, 44 1/2in head circumference.


We started you on rice cereal just before your 6 month appointment so we could report to the dr how you were doing. Your first food was avocado and now we are on broccoli that I mix with rice cereal. You love that!

Week 18

You started blowing bubbles and copying us when we do it! Actually, daddy started that with you. He seems to be able to get you to do it more then I can. You are such a sweet baby and your brother loves to see you, hold your hand and give you a kiss. The swaddler isn't holding you in at night but it seems to be fine. I'm going to try out a new one that should work so you don't get it all tangled around you.

Week 17

It looks like mommy got you sick and a doozy too. You had a borderline fever last Saturday night but thankfully you were still your usual self all smiley so we knew you were ok. You have quite a nasty cough  but you are hangin' in there pretty well and still sleeping well at night. I can't believe it still. Sleeping from about 8pm - 5/5:30am. Yeah for me!
As I am going through all of these 3 month clothes that you haven't worn and now you definitely won't because you don't fit into them. On to the 3-6mo or even 6mo clothes for you!


Daddy put this mirror out for you to see yourself just like he did when your brother was your age. You sit there so quietly looking at yourself. It's really sweet to watch and, of course, I had to get a picture.

Week 16

Your 4 month doctor's appointment with Dr. Mason went very well (minus the shots).
You weigh 15lbs 12.5oz, 25 3/4 height and head is 42 1/2. You definitely had a rough night of sleep due to the shot I presume. But you didn't wake up crying, you wake up chatting and screaming just to hear yourself. Entertaining? yes. At 3 am? Not so much.
Since then you have been doing shorter naps because you love to hear the sound of your voice. I can't believe how much noise you make. I definitely have it on video to remember this and to embarrass you later in life, of course. :) You are putting your hands in your mouth, rather your fist and the drooling has started.

You had to have two shots and the liquid as well. Not a happy camper after the 2nd shot it made me so sad to see you cry but I held you nice and tight in my arms and you were fine in no time. But tough night of sleep last night. Were you chatting it up, yelling and grunting in your room for an hour 'til you fell back to sleep haaa I sure hope you sleep tonight!

Week 15

Ok now you are back to sleeping through the night again! So excited about that. You fall asleep around 8 and don't wake up til 8am or even closer to 9am/10am. I am kind of surprised you are already able to sleep so much through the night. You've had quite a rash on your face and head lately. I put socks on your hands and you end up rubbing your head too hard that it bled a little bit. Got some cream for you and it's all good to go now.
I actually made you crack up when I tickled you under your chin. Only once ha but still it was hilarious.

Week 14

Ok so you're back to not sleeping through the night (last night you did from 8:30pm-4:20am so I can't complain). you are still as happy as ever. You wake up all smiles, you are still coo'ing soooo much it's fun to engage with you to do more!

Week 13

well we were surprised that you have been sleeping through the night for the past four nights! Literally 10-12hrs a night! What a shock! You are suchhhh a happy, smiley baby that lovesss to talk. You are getting bigger and bigger each day. We'll be hanging out with Devin and the kids next door and you won't eat, you'd rather watch and hear them play. Really cute.

I always seem to take serious pics of you so I decided to get you laughing and take a pic with my phone. Love you kid!
